Warranty Terms for HarvinFurniture:

1. Sofa, sofa cum bed, recliner, armchair are made of Sal wood with foam of 40 density supported by zigzag spring/elastic belt. It has a warranty of 12 months on foam & frame/mechanism excluding upholstery and stitches/cut & tear.
2. Office chairs, café chairs have a 12-month warranty on all parts (except for cuts/holes/back/neck/seat upholstery and any breakage during use under warranty).
3. Solid wood furniture made of Acacia wood: In response to seasonal climate variation, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose. Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. Additionally, any claim for seasonal splits, joint openings is limited to the warranty period from the time of purchase (warranty: 3 months).
4. The limited warranty covers manufacturing workmanship and material defects that occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture used under normal household conditions.
5. This limited warranty does not apply to:
   • Normal wear and tear
   • Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents
   • Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it’s exposed to direct sunlight)
   • No warranty on upholstery/coverings/cushion cover
   • The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.
