Warranty Terms by HarvinFurniture:

Warranty Summary: Enjoy a comprehensive 5-year warranty on your product. The first year warranty is entirely free, and free service will continue for the subsequent four years, excluding inputs, if any.

Covered in Warranty:

For the remaining four years following the expiration of the first year, HarvinFurniture shall provide repair service for any malfunction or defect in the goods/materials, at cost to the customer, including component cost.

Not Covered in Warranty:

HarvinFurniture reserves the right to reject any warranty service if, in its sole opinion, it finds that the customer has not complied with or adhered to the “User Manual / Instructions” provided at the time of purchase. Damage caused to the product due to improper installation by the customer or carpenter, normal wear & tear. No warranty on upholstery/coverings/cushion covers, cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose (for solid wood furniture).
