Our warranty covers manufacturing/workmanship and material defects occurring during the warranty period, applicable to furniture used under normal household conditions.

Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cuts, scratches, or damage from impacts or accidents
• Products stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, or cleaned with incorrect methods/products (e.g., upholstery lightening from direct sunlight exposure)
• No warranty on upholstery/coverings/cushion covers
• Damages due to product usage beyond its intended purpose and natural wear & tear are not covered.
• Solid wood may contract and expand in response to seasonal climate variations throughout its lifespan, not warranted for this purpose (for solid wood furniture).
• Glue lines or other issues related to wood’s natural characteristics are not defects and not covered. Claims for seasonal splits or joint opening are limited to the warranty period from the purchase date (for solid wood furniture).
